current project..

this is a sneak preview of my painting project I've been working on.
I've missed working on large size piece like wall paintings, so this is about w38 x H50 inch size.
this is one of the series of portraits of people. this image is an iphone picture and a part of the whole painting (well, my Nikon is under repair;( but I'll post the whole image when I finish the piece.

Wow Motoko, this is amazing.... you didn't tell me it was going to be Baaron, that was quite a surprise!

Can't wait to see what and who's next.

Motoko! I knew you were a great modeler, but I really don't think I had a true grasp on all of your talents. The paintings, particularly the one of Barron are beautiful and subtle, but my favorites are your little subway studies. There is a lot going on behind those faces. You draw very well!
See you back on the chain gang.

hey Motoko!
Love this image!
I can see that there is a strong influence animism and shinto in the images which lends it a specifically japanese feel.
I can't wait to see more of your series of portraits...

This is absolutely beautiful.
I just stumbled across your website, and am blown away by your talent.
